Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of placing your orderd. You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund* to the original payment method.

*Refunds will only be given on faulty items.

Strictly NO Returns, Refunds or Store Credits will be given on SALE items

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • ONLY faulty items will be guaranteed a full refund and a shipping label supplied for the return
  • All return postage costs are to be covered by you, the customer
  • Any items sent back as a Return will incur a 10% re-stocking fee and the remainder of the value less the original shipping fee will be given as a store credit
  • Store Credits will only be available for 6 months from date of activation - ALL store credits must be used within this time frame or your money will be forfeited
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaing
  • Returned items that are not faulty WILL NOT be applicable for a refund

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send an email to judika01@gmail.com
  2. Explain the reason/s behind why you wish to return or exchange an item/s
  3. Additional information may be required i.e.: a photo of the item may be requested
  4. Please remember pattern and slight colour variations on most items can be different to the image, this DOES NOT classify as a fault
  5. Wait until you have a reply from us (you will usually receive a reply within 24 hours)
  6. If you don't receive a reply within 24 hours please check the email address you sent it to is correct and send again.
  7. Original Shipping charges are non-refundable, you (the customer) is responsible for return shipping charges unless the items is deemed faulty then we will cover return shipping charges.
  8. Australia Post tracked service is to be used and it is always best to take out insurance cover for the items being returned in case they are lost or damaged in transit
  9. Judika's will NOT be held responsible for any missing or damaged returns
  10. A pre-paid post bag with your return address will also need to be sent with the item for any items being exchanged
  11. Send all items back to Judika's, 8 Hibiscus Close, Bateau Bay NSW 2261

Additional Information

  • Once your return is received it will be carefully inspected within 24 hours
  • Please note it is is out of our hands how long it takes for an item to be received by us once it is with Australia Post but you should allow 4 - 7 working days
  • If you have not heard from us within 10 working days then please chase up Australia Post for your item, not us
  • You will receive an email confirming the item has been received and details of any store credits or refunds will be attached
  • All shipping fees incurred will need to be paid by you the customer
  • A 10% re-stocking fee will be incurred on any items being returned for change of mind and will not be applicable for a refund but only a strore credit
  • If an item is lost or damaged upon return and you the customer has not taken out cover then there will be no issue of a store credit or refund.

Cancelled
If an item is paid for and then cancelled you will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of the final cost

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at judika01@gmail.com and send your item to: 8 Hibiscus Close, Bateau Bay NSW 2261, Australia.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8 Hibiscus Close, Bateau Bay NSW 2261, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
